Management

 

Dale Ramthun, Plant Manager

Mr. Ramthun has over all responsibilities for TieTek's manufacturing facilities since September 2009. He had previously served as Operation Manager in the same facility having originally come on board as a Production Supervisor and then as a Production Manager. Prior joining TieTek Mr. Ramthun was a Plant Manager for Illinois Tool Works (ITW) Angleboard Inc., and before joining ITW he was Plant Manager for Lippert Component Inc. He brings nineteen years of manufacturing management experience with demonstrated strengths in motivation, organization, and execution.

RAN ERIC XU, VICE PRESIDENT & TREASURER

As Treasurer, Eric Xu is responsible for all financial management of TieTek's business. Mr. Xu began his career in several finance and accounting positions at Cummins Inc. (Columbus, IN), he later joined DLG Group Co., Ltd., serving as Finance Director. Mr. Xu earned his B.S. and Master degrees in Accounting from The Ohio State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
